I've been buying from Sweet Herb Medicinals for many years. I recently decided to go check out Bridget's kombucha class. So glad I did. It was such an informative class and so much fun to gather with a group of women. I love to drink kombucha so I was intrigued to see the process of this delicious drink. We got to try many flavors and take home a starter kit which will help me on my journey.
Thanks Bridget, was so lovely to meet you, after all this time.

This is not my first class with Bridget. As with all of her classes you not only get the detailed, structured and well explained knowledge along with the multiple samples and everything you need to start the process but also the atmosphere. It’s like you dive into a different, stress free world with green surrounding and soft natural sounds. It is so magical and relaxing that you really don’t want to leave. Amazing experience! Highly recommended!!

I've been wanting to learn how to brew kombucha for awhile, so when this class came to my attention I signed up right away. I've taken other classes w/Bridget and know her to be incredibly knowledgeable, she makes things easy to understand and also FUN. This class was no exception! She took us through each step of the brewing process, explaining what a Scoby is and how the full process works. We were able to taste several different types of her kombucha brews at various stages of their brewing process to get a good sense of how and what we may want to use in our own brew. Finally, we were all given supplies and instructions to take home so we could begin making our own kombuchas. Everything was very easy to understand and I now feel confident I can brew my own delicious kombucha. The cost of this class is well worth it, and I'll be saving money on store bought kombuchas from now on.
